Still

I am still hurt by the way you left ,

Lies so easily webbed ,

Theft of my pride , though I’m glad it left..

Hurt is a new shirt that I wear , invisible to the rest.

So many were around , and there were none

That’s how you know where the real ones stand

Sad and Dreary , Hurt and Shunned Completely

Oh What A Mess! My Head and Heart

Such Duress!

I am still angry by the way you disappeared ,

Closed your eyes, pretended I wasn’t there .

Laughter and Scorn, I felt it in the air ;

Thank God ! There is a Man upstairs.

I am still here and in repair ,

Keeping my distance , not that you care .

Agenda is everyone’s game ,

I don’t want to play .

I am still happy, grateful, and blessed .

Some would never understand ,

Their heart is such a mess .

And honestly, put to the test..they could not stand it all for a sec!

I am still beauty – inside and outside ,

Though you say I’ve been dirtied

That was just smoke clouds .

See the air rising,

Clearing a new morn,

Out steps a Woman,

Completely Reborn

Moments

Today my heart had much to say..
The past few days my mind has had so much to replay..
These gone weeks my eyes had much to see, observe, and let be..
These flying months life has had much to teach..

As I flowed to the one place I know to go,
When heart, mind, body and soul just cannot help but overflow..
I made a discovery as I sat quietly,
breathing the fresh of morning air.

Softening my heart again
Rebalancing my mind
Purging my eyes
I felt my body unwind

This must be it ! , I thought
As the tossles of life melt away..
And peace came and had its way..
This must be it, This must be it..
The ability to connect with that which is unseen, yet so greatly felt..
The beautiful serenity it brings..

Inside Our Heads

THE QUESTION SIGN INSIDE OUR HEADS..

IS THERE REALLY A GOD..

OR IS THERE A SUPREME GREAT ESSENCE AND PRESENCE THAT FLOWS AMONG US

WHICH ADJOINS US THROUGH BREATH AND EXPERIENCES

THE QUESTION SIGN INSIDE OUR HEADS..

DO OTHER LIFE FORMS EXIST..

OFCOURSE. THERE IS NO QUESTION OF THIS

LIFE IS NATURALLY EXPANSIVE AND INCLUSIVE

GALAXIES, LIGHT YEARS, PLANETS, SOLAR SYSTEM

OFCOURSE. WE ARE APART OF SOMETHING MUCH GREATER THAN WHAT WE CALL LIFE THIS MOMENT

WE ARE INFINITE

WE ARE CREATORS..NATURALLY EXPANSIVE AND INTEGRATIVE AS OUR CREATOR..

LIFE IS MEANT TO BE LIVED, EXPERIENCED

The Conditioning of the Sexes

Blue is for Boys, Pink is for Girls…

Who says???.. As a girl, I never truly loved pink…I always preferred the colour of baby blue for years, and then went on to adore purple..even up to now.

Over the years, Women have been conditioned to think in a ‘fairytale’ way…about men and relationships especially. You know the story about that one guy that comes and ‘saves’ us..
Like Jesus is supposed to come back and ‘save’ us… I see a trend here but that is for another time.
Women are also encouraged to be soft, and compassionate..never really strong or assertive, and embedded in the background of our conditioning – more is for the man, less for the woman.  It’s only been since the 1950’s thereabout, that women rights really took a step forward..
Our men, they have been conditioned to see women as lesser human beings, just about half the man if you catch up with the bible..
There is that persistent image that women are always needing help or assistance. Which basically equals burden to the conditioned man who has already been taught not to cry and repress his emotions..all while handling all that the world brings..because after all he is  ‘the man’ ..
All these conditioned thoughts ,which have influenced our beliefs and way of interaction in the world, harbours regret, abuse, power struggles, and all kinds of dynamic drama.. You SEE the WORLD…

And what has most programmed this ‘way of being’ within our culture and society is..

THE TV – THE TELEVISION – THE TEL(L LIE )VISION  – The television dates back to the 1920’s…that is almost 100 YEARS..

Besides cutting out family communication/talk time, and reducing day-to-day interactions, no-one mentioned that they were feeding us lies..unfinished truths, mistruths, and whatever else makes TV exciting yet informative…through every report and tv show

This mass conditioning has also stemmed from the perspective of history that has been told and written in books decades upon decades..centuries upon centuries

The images and relations portrayed on TV, and in history, lends to and perpetuates inequality amongst races of people, between genders, between social classes , etc..

equality

Women have been strong in history for a long time

And Men have been in touch with their feelings while doing great things as well…

Every race of people has played their part to make the world what it is today..

So let’s rise above what we have been conditioned to believe. Instead let us have resolve and fortitude – rising up to meet what every moment brings with a righteous heart, conscious mind, and a willing body.

We are not what the world says we are..We are what we say we are..

VictimVictor

So used to playing small

Not used to being so tall

Look now at where things stand

Grown and soundly planted.

So used to playing victim

Yet here – standing in victory

Easy. no, but worth the journey..
No thing is promised

Have no expectations, Allow everything

Learn the teachings

None of this is promised

Live life to the fullest

Be who you want to be

Even if it’s different from what you see in society and on the tv

Actualize with clarity and quality

Every dream the soul inspires

Unveil the transformed victim

Live the victory

The Love of Siblings – 5 why they stick!

Blood is thicker than water.
That’s the usual line you hear from people when they mention family situations and relations. And it so true. Over the years I’ve been through so many ups and downs with my family, especially my siblings! But every time I needed support or was feeling down, talking to my siblings was always cure. And I believe that in the years to come the bond will only thicken.
Yes, there are those times we feel annoyed, overwhelmed and even out of sync with our siblings but those times are quickly overlooked when we are deep in the waters of life and looking for a life boat which is most always handed to us by a family member – and more so, our siblings. And why is that? Well..
1. They are our first loves
Yup! They sure are. Who else would help you when you’re in trouble. Lift you up when you’re feeling sad and talk you through the most doubtful times in your life..no-one does it quite like a sibling.
2. They know you!
Our siblings know us inside-out. The good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. They are the ones your ‘other half’ can go to and get all ‘the dish’ on who you were at seventeen. I bet now you wish you were nicer! (lol, I sure do!)
3. They understand those glances and side-eyes
No-one but your siblings will understand what that looks across the table means when your family does the usual inappropriate or over-the-top things they do. Our siblings know what a wiggle of the nose means as you listen to your parents talk. It’s like you guys are connected by some sixth sense – you just intuitively know what each other mean when you say something or even if you don’t exchange words. There is just that bond.
4. They will be with you forever
Being born into the same family, sharing thoughts, planning events for your parents..all these things create a connection that will last a lifetime. Even if we don’t talk for months, once my siblings and I get to talking it’s like we were never apart. As we grow older, our siblings become more and more important to us; and in life or death they are always with us.
5. They are our mentors, teachers
Whether siblings are older or younger, we all learn from each other. As much as we give to them in advice and lessons learned from personal experience, they give us the same and even more. Siblings teach us to love ourselves, accept ourselves and to be ourselves no matter what – after all, if they can love us as we are, so can everybody else 🙂
And that’s why they stick! Siblings we love ’em and stay with ’em for life
